Client Service Officer (full-time)
We are www.neverbeen.org, an online hospitality platform that selects, lists, promotes and services private homes in Sri Lanka to host international tourists.
We are looking for a multi-lingual (English, Sinhala, and Tamil)full-time professional to join our small team in Colombo. If you have a can-do mentality, are good at communicating with a variety of people in all three languages, and are familiar with online content creation and management, then we want you in our team.
Responsibilities:
• provide exceptional service to our guests and hosts
• create and manage online content
• manage social media accounts and online campaigns
• assist colleagues where needed
Requirements:
• MUST be fluent in English, Sinhala and Tamil and good at writing in English
• available for 40-50 hours a week, including weekends/holidays
• have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
• willing and able to travel domestically when required
• have experience with online content management and social media
• have technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
• able to work with minimum supervision
