We are looking for a few exceptional professionals to join our Client Service & Operations Team to help us support the growing client base of our suite of reporting products.
Client Service Executive
This position involves assisting clients with Assette products and services in addition to business analysis duties. You will work directly with clients in delivering end—to-end, quality client reporting solutions on a timely basis.
You will be working during US Business hours (SL Time: 5:30PM – 2:30AM).
Main responsibilities include:
– Building long-term relationships with the clients.
– Providing support to client issues, quickly analyzing problem and providing solutions ensuring very high levels of client satisfaction.
– Working closely with marketing and product management to further improve Assette Products.
– Following a clearly defined implementation process from collection of client requirements to delivery of solutions.
– Managing and coordinating tasks across the project implementation team following stringent delivery standards.
– Regular communication and progress reporting with clients / internal stakeholders.
– Documentation of delivery requirements and maintenance of project management artifacts.
Competencies and Qualifications:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– A bachelor’s degree in IT/ Business/ Accounting or equivalent qualification.
– Good knowledge of financial asset management terms, processes and concepts would be a plus.
– Ability to interact with clients at peer and senior levels, as well as excellent organizational skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and execute workflow.
– Excellent analytical, problem solving and technical skills with focus on quality and eye for detail.
