We are looking for suitable qualified and experienced person to fill the following position in our members club in Colombo 03
Chef
• Should be responsible for entire operation of kitchen brigade.
• Good knowledge of Sri Lankan, Western, Eastern & Indian cuisine with modern culinary skills.
• Capable of maintaining a stable cost level in day to day operations.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a star class (3 or 4 star) hotel is required.
• Should posses a positive attitude, high level of customer care and also innovative ideas.
Restaurant Waitress
• Should have a friendly and welcoming approach.
• Age should be 20 — 35 years with pleasant personality.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field.
• Free food and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
– Treat guests and make them feel comfortable.
– Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately for guests.
– Take food and beverage orders, and deliver in timely manner.
– Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well.
