Skills and Expertise:
• Previous experience in analyzing requirements using techniques such as use cases 8. scenarios, user stories, business rule analysis, process diagrams and data flow diagrams
• proven experience of defining arid documenting requirements/user stories across brands/projects
• Experience in working in agile environment
• Good troubleshooting skills, Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fully or partly qualified in CIMA. CMA will be considered an added advantage.
• Prior experience in relation to the field of Banking and Finance or Credit Card Management systems will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in Business Analysis Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
