You Should be able to…
– Motivate and train team members, managing the day-to-day operations of your respective department / sub department
– Keep raising the bar to improve the levels of efficiency and effectiveness of the department, team members and service delivery
– Conduct yourself in a professional manner, earning the respect of the team and peers
– Achieve stretched targets in a fast-paced environment using innovative and trendsetting ways
– Be a team player with solid interpersonal and communication skills
– Work independently, show initiative, manage multiple tasks and act as a change agent when required
– Project a positive, vibrant, different, open-minded attitude
Requirements:
At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity at a star class hotel, along with a degree or equivalent professional qualification in hotel operations or a minimum of 2 years of overseas exposure.
The selected candidate can expect an attractive remuneration package in accordance to industry standards.
