Assistant Manager – Service Admin
Responsibilities:
– Warranty claim Reconciliation
– In warranty spares recovery from Service centres and Scraping
– Dead-On-Arrival sets reconciliation and scraping
– R0I working of Service Centre
– Compliance as per local government guidelines
– Do timely Audits as per Head Office guidelines.
– Verifying abnormal calls
– Agreements renewal with Service Centre
Requirements:
– BE /B.Tech- Electronics / Mechanical or Diploma
– 7-10 Years of field experience in Service Admin
– Excellent command in both spoken and written English
Required ski1l(s):
– MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
