We invite an exceptional individual to join us as Accountant at
Ambeon Holdings PLC
Core Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management Accounts. Reporting following end closure processes. Preparing consolidated financial statements quarterly and annually for the Group. Preparing annual audited accounts, annual reports and adhoc reports. Preparing annual budget, cashflow forecast and management report. Quarterly and annual reporting to CSE. Reviewing and reporting related party transactions of the Group. Managing tax matters (transfer pricing, corporate tax, VAT etc.). Liaising and coordinating with internal and external auditors and dealing with banks, statutory and regualtory agencies etc.
Experience:
Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role as an assistant accountant/accountant
Experience in IFS ERP would be advantageous.
Qualifications:
ACCA/CA preferably with a Degree in Accountancy or Finance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and financial information
Ability to work independently, be composed under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
