24/7 Support Executive for Mobile Device Management System
We are building up a Service and Support team for a German customer to drive a Mobile Device Management system. We will provide the service 24/7 for Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Shift : Roster / 24/7
Responsibilities:
• Resolve trouble tickets for 1st and 2nd level support requests
• Track support request in a trouble ticket system
• Provide remote support by mail and phone
• Monitoring MDM server software
• Escalate trouble tickets to 2nd and 3rd level support in German headquarter and to the MDM Software Vendor
• Reproduce and simulate user issues on mobile devices (iOS, Android, Symbian,…)
• Evaluate new mobile device based on a test script regarding compatibility to the MDM system
• Provide help to users during the on-boarding process of their devices to the MDM system
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in systems/network support
• Excellent trouble shooting skill for remote assistance
• Willing to learn and support mobile applications on all kind of mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, iOS, Android, Symbian, Windows Phone)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work on roster
• Basic skills in Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Lotus Notes and Domino will be an added advantage
• Entry level certification in Information technology
We are on the lookout for a male below 25 years of age.
The ideal candidate would be a young, dynamic person with a degree in IT/Computer Science or similar formal qualification.
Having some technical qualification in Computer Hardware, Electrical, Electronics or IT will be advantageous.
The selected candidate should be willing to work long hours if and when required and should be comfortable working in a team.
Previous experience in a related field will be advantageous. Those who does not have experience, are encourage to apply as Trainees.
