Our client is a local arm of an international software development company looking for suitable candidates for following position
Software Architect – Java
Skills Required:
• Proactively drive innovation with new ideas and options made available by new technologies
• Skill to facilitates architecture and design decisions in support of technical specialists, engineers and other architects
• Excellent knowledge of Java Technologies
• Proven skills in team building, coaching and mentoring while providing technical guidance
Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant field from a reputed University
Experience:
• Minimum 9 years of development experience in java technologies including 2-3 years of experience in Architect capacity.
• Experience on Java Technologies, NoSQL Datastores, Open Source technologies and Cloud computing
• Significant experience in a role leading software design decisions, facilitating architecture tradeoffs, and mentoring software engineers and technical leads /specialists • Knowledge of architectural frameworks, architecture patterns and best practices. Experience in Agile practices
• Exposure in international projects & handling foreign clients would be added advantage
Senior Tech Lead- Java
Skills Required:
• Evaluating and applying new technologies towards problem solving
• Outstanding technical skills to drive a team to build an innovative product to suit the customer requirement
• Proficiency in Java & JEE technologies along with supporting technologies
• A good sense of continuous improvement to maintain the quality standards
• Should be a good team player with good time management skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in IT / Engineering or other relevant field from a reputed University Experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle and Design patterns
• Hands on experience in Java & JEE Technologies
