Vacancy for Retail Operations Manager
Our business is to provide our customers with food that is delicious, food that is nourishing & to create a rewarding work place to all of our stakeholders. At the present time we run a central bakery with four upscale outlets.
We are on a business expansion mode and intend to expand our outlet network over the next three years. In order to manage the entire retail operations very efficiently we are on the lookout for a manager who can provide leadership to our young dynamic team whilst achieving the given targets and business goals.
The applicant must have the following criteria:
– Must have had extensive experience in multi outlet operations of an international food chain either in Sri Lanka or overseas.
– People management skills related to getting things done will be mandatory
– Drive the customer service initiatives towards reaching ‘Excellence’ in all areas Be process oriented and must be able to set up systems and processes to achieve product, service and profit targets.
– Ability to think beyond the box and generate new business ideas
– Ability to work with financial statements and all related aspects in the management process Have professional qualifications in Accounting, Marketing or Hospitality Management
You need to be ideally in your late thirties or early forties and have the drive to grow both your self and the business.
