Quality Assurance Engineer (Sri Lanka)

You will be part of a growing team of developers based in Colombo and Sydney. We’ll be growing our existing suite of internal and consumer products, as well as working on some major new areas that will significantly expand our business, within Australia and internationally.
Responsibilities:
You will be involved from the ground level in all these initiatives.
– Development of a comprehensive end-to-end test automation suite.
– Development of a comprehensive API test automation suite.
– Development of a highly streamlined but through quality practice company-wide.
– Automating our mobile application testing and Ul component testing.
Competencies:
– Atleast 3 years of professional knowledge of software OA methodologies, tools and processes.
– Experience with requirement analysis, defect tracking, test reporting and closure.
– Knowledge in test plans, test design techniques, manual test execution.
– Experience with OA Automation Tools: Selenium, JMeter.
– An understanding of agile software engineering principal.
– Sound knowledge of SOL and scripting language such as JavaScript Python, Bash.
– Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
– BSc / MSc in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
