QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
– Sampling of incoming raw/ packing materials as per sample plan.
– Carry out relevant tests for all incoming raw/ packing materials to ensure that all materials are verified & adequately inspected before use for processing.
– Monitoring all production processes to ensure all process steps are carried out according to quality standards set out by the company.
– Monitoring & verification of all relevant parameters as per quality plan during production
– Documentation of inspection status in check sheets together with corrective action taken for
any deviation.
– Coordination with the production staff to adhere to the system certification including GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000.
– Sampling of finished products as per sampling plan and carry out finished product inspection to ensure quality of final product before releasing to warehouse.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD
– Have B.Sc. degree/Diploma in Food Science / Science or Agriculture from a recognized
University.
– possess knowledge of Quality Systems, HACCP, ISO 22000 & Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP).
– Having hands on experience in similar capacity in the field of quality assurance in a
manufacturing organization.
– Have ability to work in shift basis.
