The ideal candidate should be results-driven, and a dynamic team leader capable of infusing enthusiasm among staff for the efficient and smooth functioning of the school in all aspects.
Job Description:
1. Proven track record both at a teaching level and administration. 2. Experience at the level of a school head in a recognized school, either local or overseas
3. Provide leadership to improve students achievements by developing the academic staff.
4. Direct staff to delegating their duties and responsibilities to achieve set targets in the academic year.
5. Create a benchmark for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
6. Develop a culture to improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding academic material better.
7. Make a collaborative effort to protect the school premises.
Skills and Requirements:
• Ability to independently move projects forward, prioritize tat, and meet deadlines
• Proven history in improving teacher performance and commitment to creating a productive educational experience.
• An ability to uphold rules and regulations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and leadership skills.
• Compassion towards students and staff.
