Position: Operations Assistant
Location: Kaduwela (Welivita)

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fuel deliveries.
– Maintain and update transportation logs and records.
– Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
– Support the operations team in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
– Communicate with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth
operations.
– Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
– Help resolve any operational issues that arise in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
– A diploma or degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Previous experience in a logistics or operations role is preferred.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
