The company employs nearly 1800 employees and its operation include Knitting of fabrics both circular and flat, Dyeing (colouration) of yam & fabric, Printing, Finishing, Inspection and Fabric Testing according to the customer standards.

Ideal candidates should have the following attributes:
• Science/Textile graduates or GCE (A/L) passed in science stream
• Good command in English and Sinhala
• Should be a team player with excellent communication skills and presentation skills
• Experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
