Job Description
* Work with the top management in achieving a monthly sales target through planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans to increase sales revenue.
* Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities improving product packaging coordinating new product development.
* Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities.
Requirements:
* Possess a professional qualification in Sales/Marketing (CIM,SLIM,Bsc.In Marketing/Sales or any other equivalent professional qualifications).
* Experience in the modern trade is required.
* Experience in marketing and brand development in consumer products.
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the corporate sector.
* Target oriented and committed to achieving goals set by the company
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
✓ Between the ages of 25-35 years
