The company seeks to recruit dynamic persons for the following positions
Manager – Sales and Marketing
The position calls for responsibility for Marketing and Sales of Hilux brand Calcium Silicate, Hicem cement, and other interior building boards throughout Sri Lanka. The position will be based in Colombo and some travel will be required to regional markets for sales, marketing and training. Two sales persons will be provided for assistance in the project and retail trade sales. The selected candidate will report to the Vice President-Marketing and develop, organize and implement marketing plans to achieve organizational objectives.
At least 03 years experience in the construction industry,excellent communication & presentation skills, both in English & Sinhala, experience in getting products specified in projects, interacting with prominent architects, interior designers, builders and their engineering team is essential. Relavant technical skills in solution provision relating to ceilings, partitions, fire rating and related interior systems is necessary. Adequete experience in sales through dealers and distributors and attendant logistic management is also required. Possesion of computer and analytical skills using MS Excel is essential.
Sales Executive – 02 Vacancies (Project Sales 01 and Retail Trade 01)
The selected candidates will be responsible for the sales of Hilux Calcium Silicate boards, Hicem Cement boards and other interior building boards for all building projects and the retail trade throughout Sri Lanka. Functions include implementing the sales and marketing plan. Interacting with professionals of the construction industry, relevant technical skills in solution provision relating to ceilings, partitions, fire rating and related interior systems is necessary. Adequate experience in sales, marketing and analytical skills using MS-Excel software is essential. Applications for the post of Sales Executives,with the relevant experience in project sales or retail trade, should clearly indicate category applied for.
