The Company Gourmet Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a Subsidiary of Calamander Group, Inc. Singapore, operating multiple brands within the F&B sector across Sri Lanka, Singapore and Bangladesh. Operating environments include modern equipped State of the Art Production Facilities at the production kitchen based in Horana and selling points at Airports, High street retail, hospitality sector & large scale cooperate catering in Sri Lanka and Overseas.
The Job
• Manage entire maintenance function of the Production facility and head office based in Horana
• Manage entire maintenance function of the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlets based in Colombo, Negombo and Katunayake International Airport
• Lead and administrate the entire maintenance team
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plan
• Prepare and present annual maintenance budget
• Report the management on deviations from preventive maintenance plan
• Coordinate the team and provide solutions to routine maintenance needs of all locations
• Coordinate with other HOD’s in order to maintain smooth operations with consistency
• Take initiative to provide guidance and training for the maintenance staff as and when required
The Candidate
• Degree holder from a recognized university preferably an Engineering degree holder from Moratuwa University, Electrical Engineering Faculty or Mechanical Engineering Faculty
• Well experienced individual over 5 years exposure in a similar capacity
• Practical leader who is able to look after the team and get the work done from them
• Male aged below 50
• Well conversant in English & Sinhala
• Ready to work long hours if required
• Target oriented individual with positive attitudes
• Willing to base or travel to Horana
The successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive remuneration package based on qualification and work experience
