Ceylon Tea Trails opened in zoos as a collection of five colonial era tea planters’ bungalows restored to impeccable style, to offer a taste of TEA TRAILS gracious living in 26 suites and rooms, with butler service and original furnishings, accompanied by gourmet meals.
The Role
The Maintenance Engineer will ensure;
– smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the Resort
– diagnose equipment failures and maintain all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in good condition and take actions when necessities arise.
– develop, implement and manage energy conservation programmes for the property to minimize expenses.
– overlook preventive maintenance programmes and personally attend when leadership support is required.
– manage special projects and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Your Profile
High degree of organization and ability to thrive in fast paced environment is required. The ideal candidate should be matured, aged around 25-40 years with exposure in leisure industry, preferably in a luxury holiday resort I ship in a similar capacity at least for one year. Developed IT skills with hands on experience in MS Office would be pre-requisites. The candidate should possess an Advance Diploma in mechanical I electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualification from a recognized institute.
