As part of its expansion program, the Colombo Swimming Club requires the following personnel for immediate engagement.
Post of F & B Cost Controller – Staff
– Team player with good communication skills to handle the menu costing and cost control.
– Requires minimum 2 years experience in handling costing in Hotel environment.
– Hands on experience in ERP packages will be a distinct Advantage
– AAT finalists or part qualification in CIMA/ ACA / ACCA will be an added qualification.
– A person with a pleasing personality is preferred
Post of Assistant Store Keeper
– Requires minimum 3 years working experience in handling Stores and inventory control preferably in a computerized system.
– Should be willing to work flexible hours.
– Knowledge of English and ability to converse fluently in English is an advantage.
– Knowledge and experience in purchasing procedure will be an added qualification.

Post of Linen Room Attendant
– Requires minimum 3 years working experience in hotels handling linen room including staff uniforms and laundry.
– Should be willing to work flexible hours.
– Knowledge of handling and maintaining inventory of linen movement is necessary.

Post of Barman
– Requires minimum 2 years working experience as a Barman in a Hotel environment. Should be willing to work flexible hours.
– Knowledge of English and ability to converse in English is an advantage.
– Knowledge and experience in working in a computerized POS system will be an added qualification.

Post of Waiter
– Requires minimum 2 years working experience as a Waiter in a Hotel environment.
– Should be willing to work flexible hours.
– Knowledge of English and ability to converse in English is an advantage.
