We are a leading producer in the textile field. We invite applications from self-motivated persons with leadership qualities who can work under pressure, to fill the below vacancy in our new Overseas plant in Ethiopia which is the most peaceful and stable country in African region.
Human Resources and Administration Executive
* A Professional with excellent academic records, preferably with Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized institute.
* 5-7 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
* Must be fully conversant with all aspects of Industrial labor laws and be familiar with the all modem HR strategies, Customer Compliances and administration procedures.
* Computer literacy is essential with knowledge of computing wages.
* Good communication skills in English language both oral and written.
* The period of contract is 2 years which will be extended to further 2 years on satisfactory performance.
* Age 30-40 years.
Preferably a male candidate but Females who are having good personality and leadership qualities are also encouraged to apply for this position.
*If you can deliver the company expectations during the first two years period managing all HR and Admin functions, further two years will be granted with the managerial position of Human Resources and Administration in the same organization.
