Petform has a solid track record of catering to a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, cosmetics, bottled water, food and beverages, agrochemical and paper base products. From the humble beginnings of our home plant in Malwana, Delgoda. We are looking for energetic and dedicated young people to fill the following vacancy in our team.
Human Resource Assistant/Executive
• Age 25 – 35 (Male or Female candidate)
Required Qualification & Skills
• G.C.E. A/L with Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar capacity will be added advantage (Production or Manufacturing Company)
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and working knowledge in HRIS system, MS office package and e-mail
• A strong problem solving attitude and willingness to think “Out of the box”
and work across department boundaries
• Ability to communicate well and take the initiatives with team work
