A well-established 100 roomed 3 star Beach Resort in the South coast, owned and managed by a reputed hotel chain has a vacancy for a General Manager
The General Manager will be in overall charge of the entire hotel and is responsible to ensure its smooth operation.
Ensuring that all customers receive high quality services at all times is his responsibility. He should be a visionary with a passion for professional Hotel Management.
The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader with enthusiasm, commitment, strong interpersonal skills and a methodical approach to work. He should enjoy facing challenges and motivate and lead a large team to achieve objectives. He will pro-actively plan the hotels future with innovations that will keep the hotel ahead of its competitors.
An analytical mind coupled with commercial awareness will enable him to increase sales and maximize revenues,
He should;
• Be between 35 – 50 years of age
• Count at least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed hotel
• Possess a degree/diploma in hospitality management from a reputed institution will be advantageous.
