1. JOB OVERVIEW
Responsible for reviewing & processing various transactions in accounting ledgers and preparing management reports for decision making.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage Accounts receivables, Payables & perform book keeping on QB accounting
system.
– Reconciliation of bank balances, receivables & payables
– Analyze accounting data and prepare management reports
– Analyze and control freight & storage expenses
– Review accuracy of invoices before processing payments by engaging with relevant
business departments
– Perform other finance related tasks as required by management
3. REQUIREMENTS
– Part/Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ICASL or a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
– Immediate availability
– 3-4 years commercial experience in a similar capacity.
– Ability to work North American business hours
– Ability to Multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
