We are looking for young, dynamic individuals who can satisfy the criteria give below to be trained to accept managerial responsibilities.

Farm Manager

– Should be a hardworking and energetic young male.
– Should possess a Degree in Agriculture.
– Should be a goal and result oriented person.
– Should be fluent in English.
– Should have experience in protected agriculture.
– Experience in vegetable cultivations and outer grower farming will be an added advantage.
– Generate accurate crop survey and crop forecast.
– Maintain farm data/records for an analysis on planting, spraying, fertilizing and harvesting.
– Ability to prepare daily written or computer reports.
– Ability to manage assets-equipment, labour etc.

Prefer a candidate in and around Nuwera Eliya and also accommodation will be available.
