Contact Center Officer
We are looking for young. dynamic and energetic individual with drive, passion and experience in handling customers, who can give pleasant frontline service to the customers and deliver customer feedback to the busines channels.
You will be required to perform your duties on roster basis.
Personal Profile:
– Good results at G.C.E. (Advanced Level and Ordinary Level) Examination.
– Able to converse fluently in Sinhala and English while Tamil language proficiency will be advantageous.
– Previous experience in handling computer applications and call center systems will be advantageous.
– Negotiation skills, adaptability and stress tolerance are essential.
– Age between 18-25 years.
