Call Centre Executives
Cunentty, Evolve is expanding its Call Centre activities and is on the look out tor young and dynamic individuals
with confidence and energy to reach the high standards that we have set for ourselves.
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers mainly in India and ensure all
customers are given excellent service and support in order to maintain the high standard customer satisfaction
which is the key to our success in the industry.
Qualifications and Experience
– Passed the G.C.E (Ordinary Level) and G.C.E. (Advance Level) Examinations
– Excellent command of the English language
– Working hours will be from 12.00 noon to 9.00 PM
– Expatriate Indian Nationals living in Sri Lanka are encouraged to apply
– Communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language will be an added advantage and will attract higher remuneration.
– An Attractive remuneration will be ottered depending on Qualifications and Experience for the rigit candidates.
On the job training and operational product knowledge will be provided.
