Business Development Manager – Property Sector
Our client, a well established diversified group of companies is on lookout for experienced and qualified individual in Property Sector to take over the above position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve given sales targets while building and maintaining a wide client base.
• Play a key role in contributing to the future growth; developing strong customer relationships with high net worth clients and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer relationship management to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Actively participate in events and taking other measures related to enhancing corporate brand Image
Personal Profile:
• Excellent communication and PR skills
• Good educational background preferably with professional qualifications such as CIM/SLIM
• Prior experience in selling luxury apartments would be an advantage though not essential
• Aged below 42 years
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package also will consider above the Market rate package) based on his/her qualifications and working experience.
