Qualifications:
• IT Degree or equivalent in the relevant field of study Related professional or post graduate qualifications would be an added advantage
Experience:
• Minimum 2+ years’ hands on experience in business analysis or similar capacity
• Experience in articulating business domain/requirements to various stakeholders
• Experience in requirement development and management
• Experience in onsite system studies
• Experience in conducting/involving in UAT process
Prerequisites:
• Excellent level of systems analysis skills and ability to understand business processes
• Excellent documentation skills with ability to write proposals and requirements documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sound presentation skills with keenness to conduct demos and product trainings
• A good understanding of requirement modeling techniques and methods
• Possessing leadership, planning, coordination, team interaction and problem solving skills
Ability to:
• Build good relationships with clients
• Explore existing business processes to identify requirement gaps and conduct BPR
• Perform related marketing research on new trends and products
• Work independently and take relevant initiatives
• Understand the global picture and adopt to diverse business domains within minimal time
