Berjaya Hotel Colombo has undergone a major refurbishment program and will be re-launched in June and are pleased to invite qualified & experienced individuals to join the Executive team of Berjaya Hotel Colombo, for the following vacancies:
Ideal candidate should be a highly motivated person with excellent public relation skills and
innovative ideas to promote F.& B. theme activities and sound F. & B. knowledge to provide quality food and services in our Beach Restaurant to build up a regular client base.
As the Beach Restaurant Manager should possess:
– Minimum of two years experience in managing a Restaurant.
– Should be knowledgeable in preparation of Bar Tarifis, A’la Carte menus, special promotional menus for different themes.
– Should be proactive and motivate staff
– Should be responsible for all Beach Functions.
– Should be able to give on the job training to the Beach Restaurant Staff
