A well reputed, leading business organization dealing with household-ware at Colombo o6 is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Accounts Executives
Job Description:
An experienced individual with a sound knowledge in accounts related matters and computer literacy is a must; especially with accounting software’s & tools. Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil & English is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Reconcile financial accounts
• Managing general account’s, receivables
• Bank reconciliation
• Monitor unpaid & late payments in debtors list
• Should be able to maintain a payroll system & monitor employee records.
• Maintaining spreadsheets & documentation work
• Credit Control
• Sales order processing
• Managing daily post in and out
• Petty Cash
• Handling and writing cheques
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
Qualities and Qualifications:-
• GCE A/L with minimum 3 pass
• Full or Part qualified from a recognized professional accounting body
• Computer literacy — MS Office & other accounting packages will be an added advantage
• 2 or 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Age below 35 years.
An attractive remuneration package based on qualifications & experience will be offered to the selected candidate.
