Account Assistant (Male) (Sri Lanka)

Applications are invited form those who can handle all tax compliances and liaise with BOI
and Import/Export department.
Qualifications and Experiences:
– Part qualified in CA, ACCA, CMA or CIMA
– Should possess over 2 years’ experience ina similar capacity.
– Excellent command in English
– Age below 35 years.
– Sound Knowledge in Ms Office package.
– Experience in SAGE Accounting Package is preferred.
– Knowledge and Experience in Tax Related matters will be an added advantage.
– Ability to work with Minimum supervision
– Resident in Matara or Hambantota District
– Ability to work under Pressure, meet deadlines stipulated.
Responsibilities
– Complying with all Tax related matters and Liaise with IRD
– Complying with BOI regulations and reporting requirements
– Procurement of General Items
– Handling sales and Account receivables
– Preparation of Management and Financial reports when required
– Manage and reconcile Imports/Exports transactions
