Desirables
• Demonstrable UX and UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Broad understanding of UX and UI design principles for digital products.
• Knowledge of design and critical thinking techniques.
• Experience in creating prototype wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps based on the user’s needs.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Suite, Invision Studio, Figma, and/or other visual design and wire framing tools.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• We prioritise passion, culture fit and experience.

• An understanding of the development process for building digital products.
