Technical Officer required for a Hotel Project.
Experienced Person with HNC or HND qualification or equivalent in building with a proven track record and below the age of 40.
Liaising with CEO’S Office, architects, Contractors and Local authorities in setting out the project, working with budget and time constraints from referral stage through completion of works, applying building regulations, managing site functions and Deliveries, preparation of documents and record keeping are a necessity.
