Companies; a multinational company head quartered in Singapore. The primary role of PMS is to provide IT enabled
services to organizations both locally and internationally. PMS will initially focus its offerings locally before expanding its market presence overseas. The company has the following vacancy and interested candidates who possess the required qualifications and skills are requested to apply.

Senior/Junior MIS Support Engineer

Responsible for defining and delivering a high level of service to users of ERP system at Prima.

The selected candidate would need to:

– Contribute to the overall architecture of the system and other mission critical interfaces.
– Support live environment of the ERP system.
– Involve with process improvements in each company within Prima Group using ERP
– Deliver in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures
– Involvement in fault resolution and enhancements to the installed base ERP system
– Would be required to involve themselves on major programs so that a good understanding of the design and functionality of the system is known.
– Contribute to Design, implement and maintain ERP reporting, and troubleshooting activities
– Assist in specifying the rules for data migration, archiving and reporting principles (slicing, dicing, access, levels of granularity etc)
– Facilitate change with users and ensure they understand the design and that they make the right decisions

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification in Business Information / Business Management / Information
Technology or Computer Science with a minimum of 2 years work experience of which a minimum 2 years should be
centered across work on a technical front of an enterprise class ERP implementation.

Candidates should have a good understanding of any ERP implementation methodology and hands on database skills on SQL.

Knowledge of lnfor M3 System will be an added advantage.

The Candidate should be able to demonstrate a highly- developed service approach and service management, very good personal organization and priority setting; and very good teamwork, interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Be a practical and good communicator. Should be willing to travel to Prima locations for installation and troubleshooting activities.

Trainee MIS Support Engineers

A Degree in Business Information / Business Management Information Technology / Computer Science or pending final
year results. No experience required.
