Requirement for the above position.
• Candidate should be below 40-50 years of age.
• Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in similar position.
• M.Sc. in defiance security will be an added qualification.
• Possess excellent leadership and observation skills, negotiation and communication skills, especially in Sinhala and English, Knowledge of Tamil will be added advantage.
• Ex-Forces personnel will be given preference.
