– University post graduate degree in education
– Certification in educational! leadership would be a bonus
Experience:
– Educational leadership
– Understanding of best educational practices from around the world
– Complete fluency in English, both spoken and written
Personal Qualities:
– Inspirational leadership as evidenced by:
– A track record of successful leadership in either an academic or pastoral role within a school
– The ability to motivate and inspire both colleagues and students
– The ability to maintain a tightly cohesive school community of students, staff, parents and caregivers.
