We are planning to expand our strengths, increasing the HR volume to make our Core product development team (Saxum Commerce- The ultimate marketplace for business cloud solutions) more and more toughen and empower with highly skilled individuals. Acnet is seeking highly motivated, dynamic individuals to work as fulltime senior PHP engineers to play role of Tech Lead in our local Saxum commerce development team.
Your new job:
Senior PHP Engineer Our in-house Saxum commerce development team includes Software Engineers, UI component developers, QA Engineers. We deliver super-rich Enterprise business solution to ERP application vendors, developers and end users as a broad market place to sell their product and services. You will use your experiences and development skills to understand (identify), clarify and implement the solutions and manage the development team based on the different requirements of Saxum Commerce Australia. You will be involved with dynamic application developments, customization, documentation and ongoing support.
Your new employer Saxum Commerce are the leaders in providing Operational and White Label Marketplace solutions that include those functions critical to the on-line and off-line success of vendors and that assists them to improve the customer experience, reduce sales friction and costs and drive new revenue so that they can focus on their strategy and not the systems that underpin it.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews
* Share knowledge with junior team members via a formal mentoring relationship, reviewing code, reviewing design docs, giving technical talks O Provide leadership to a group of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment * Designing and Implementing Cloud based Solutions
Desired Skills and Experience:
* 4+ years relevant work experience including hands-on technical management experience
* A recognized university degree/ diploma or a similar qualification
* Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation
* Working knowledge of Agile development techniques and processes
* Strong programming capabilities in PHP, and PHP frameworks
* Experience with JavaScript
* Knowledge in Ext JS designing and customization is desirable
* Knowledge in Oracle (8i above), PLSQL would be an added advantage

• Able to work with minimum supervision to successful completion of assigned duties
• Able to work with both centralised and distributed teams effectively
• Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
