We are a multi-award winning international salon brand with more than 50 years experience in education, superior client service and hair care expertise.
Toni & Guy is the fashion-led salon brand with long standing partnerships with London & New York Fashion week to name a few. Our head office is based in London with more than 475 locations across 48 countries.
Toni & Guy is the only international salon brand in Sri Lanka. To support our growth process we require a dynamic person to join our team as Marketing Manager in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
– Play a key role in the development, implementation & presentation of the brand.
– Implement marketing strategy including launch plans and promotional calendars while controlling costs and managing profit & loss.
– Create, develop, execute & evaluate promotional marketing programs.
– Market to differentiate and communicate the brand, raise consumer awareness with both existing and potential customers, expand the company’s reach within marketing channels and create stronger in-store marketing efforts.
– This role will focus on the Hair and Skin Retail Categories, and will also have integration with Salon Services
– Develop new channels / and partnerships with suitable high net worth clients, corporates, foreign missions, fashion bodies etc.
Job Requirements
• Full /part qualification in Marketing or Business degree
• Female / Male below 35 years of age with 3-5 years marketing experience
• Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Hospitality, Service industry or Advertising is an advantage
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Experience in digital media marketing
• Strong presentation and networking skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment & adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Strategic thinking & planning skills; experience developing and executing marketing plans.
• Skilled in MS office software
