We are on the look-out for a competent Marketing Executive for our client which is a leading company that is based in Colombo 05.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and graphic teams to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and generate reports for management.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Assist in the organization of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Support the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide support for marketing activities across various channels, including social media, email, and offline marketing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and suggest innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Age below 35 Years
Degree in Marketing ,Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Two years and above experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work on a roster basis (include weekends)
Preferably candidates reside in Colombo or near area for easy commute
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
