Backpack Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Manager as given below who are dynamic, results oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Work Experience Profile:
• Minimum 2 years work experience required
Professional Competencies:
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet
• Independent thinking, and the ability to work well autonomously and as a part of a team
• Good public relation skills
• Effective Communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Fluency in foreign languages apart from English will be an added advantage
• Age below 35
Duties:
The following tasks on work involves doing shift basis
• Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services
• Promoting and marketing the business
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Achieving sales and profit targets
• Training and monitoring staff
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting
• Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
• Carrying out inspections of property and services
Total remuneration around Rs.40,000.00 (commensurate with experience and qualification).
