We are looking for young, dynamic and equally committed Male candidates for the following positions.

Manager – Human Resources (Male)

A dynamic and committed candidate with the following Qualifications and Experience.

Qualifications/Experience:

• A Degree or Diploma in HRM from the IPM, NIBM or equivalent Qualification
• 05 — 08 years’ Work experience in a Factory or similar environment
• Fully conversant with all aspects of Industrial Labour Laws and familiar with all modern HR Strategies and Administration procedures
• Knowledge and Skills in Manpower Planning and Recruitment, Training and Development Procedures, Salaries and Wages Administration, Performance Appraisal Systems, Disciplinary Procedures and Maintaining ISO Standards
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels

Age:

• Preferably over 40 years

Accounts / Administrative Assistant (Factory – Male)

Persons who can handle a variety of Accounts and Administrative related duties and reside in close proximity to Homagama to be based at our Factory.

Qualifications/Experience:

• GCE Advance Level
• Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy, LIMA or AAT / Human Resource Management
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Accounting and Administrative field
• Ability to work independently and effectively in all areas of Accounting and Administration
• A good team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal drills
• Be willing to work long hours to meet deadlines when necessary and maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.

Age:

• Preferably below 35 years

Stores Assistant (Factory – Male)

Persons who can handle a variety of duties in relation to Stocks of Granite, Marble and other Stone Products and resides in close proximity to Homagama.

Qualifications/Experience:

• GCE Advance Level
• Proficient in MS Office — Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Store related Documentation
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field
• Ability to work independently and effectively in all relevant areas
• A good team player with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal drills
• Be willing to work long hours and on holidays when the need arises.

Age:

• Preferably below 35 years

Sales Promotion Officer (Showroom — Nawala – Male)

• At least Three years’ experience in Sales/Marketing in similar industry (Flooring) preferred
• Fully/Partly qualified in either SLIM or CIM
• Fluency in English and Sinhala a knowledge of Tamil would advantageous though not essential
• Ability to work in a Computerised Environment is important
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Dedicated and committed Team Player

Age:

• Preferably between 25 to 35 years
