Trainee Executive Training Department
• Should be below 30 years of age.
• Should have excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English, and also being knowledgeable in Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Willing to do the job in house as well as in the field based in Head office.
• Should be an energetic and an ambitious individual who is well organized.
• Computer literacy with MS Office
• School leavers following higher studies in the field of HR/Training are also encouraged to apply.
• 1 – 2 years’ work experience in similar field will be an added advantage
• Salary will be negotiable and depend on qualifications and experience.
