A well established construction company has created the need for high caliber and self motivated candidates to fill-up the following vacancies for multi story Apartment projects and multi story Prefabricated Steel Building projects in and around Colombo.
Project Managers
B.Sc(Eng) or equivalent + 10 year of relevant experience.
Prior Construction Management experience and strong planning skills using software tools are considered to be essential.
Managing with sub-contractors and other parties, Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects.
Providing reports and documentation on project stage and progress.
Conducting status review meetings with team members and clients.
Engineers (Civil)
B.Sc(Eng) or equivalent + 3 year of relevant experience
Assistant Civil Engineers
NDT/HNDE or equivalent + 3 years of relevant experience
Technical Officers
Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience Ability to work with minimum supervision.
