As the Human Resource Manager, you are expected to be influential, empathetic, dependable and thorough on best global HR practices. The ideal candidate should be a team player with excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals.
Eligibility
To be successful you will need to possess:
- Ideally a master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR field.
- 2-3 years related experience in .carryout indiscipline disciplinary inquiries, represent the organization at Labour Tribunals, oversee all HR function such as Talent Attraction, training and Development, Payroll, Employee Relations etc further ensuring compliance to audit requirements and organizational policies.
- Compile the departmental budget for planned activities, and monitor related expenditure against the budget
