Graphic Designer

Green Media Partners is looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about all things design, have a full understanding of important designing channels and best practices. The role will report to the team manager and will collaborate with fellow specialists on individual campaigns. Career Overview Graphic designers create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Job Duties:

• Meet with team leader to detente the scope of a project
• Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout
• Present the design to clients or the art director
• Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Duties:

Desired Skills and Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Graphic Designing.
• Deep understanding and application of Designing tools.
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Deliver effective results in a fast-paced environment while being under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or web design
• 5+ years of experience in graphic/interactive design with management experience
• Compressive experience with website production and design
• Strong talent for all elements of design, layout and typography
• Ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis and multitask in a very fast paced environment
• Have a love of detail oriented work
• Have a strong understanding of latest web technologies and their capabilities
• Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal instruction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to keep abreast of innovative
