Data Entry Operators / Data Preparation and Coding Staff (Sri Lanka)

We specialize in customized software developments, business process outsourcing services, security document systems, etc with a prestigious customer base both in the government and private sectors. In addition, we have built up solid business relationships in many countries.
We are in urgent need to fill the following vacancies at our BPO Division.
1 — DATA ENTRY OPERATORS WITH SINHALA KNOWLEDGE
To enter data from input documents using numeric key pad or normal computer key board. Data Entry language shall be ENGLISH but the input documents are in English or Sinhala. Necessary training shall be provided at the commencement of each project.
– Minimum speed 20 words per minute in English Key Board
– Minimum education : Passed GCE (O/L)
– Age : 18 years to 28 years
2 – DATA ENTRY OPERATORS WITH TAMIL KNOWLEDGE
To enter data from input documents using numeric key pad or normal computer key board. Data Entry language shall be ENGLISH but the input documents are in English or Tamil. Necessary training shall be provided at the commencement of each project.
– Minimum speed 20 words per minute in English Key Board
– Minimum education : Passed GCE (O/L)
– Age : 18 years to 28 years
3 – DATA PREPARATION and CODING STAFF
To check the data input documents for accuracy and to write appropriate system codes where there are descriptions, etc. Arrange the input documents in numbering order. Coordinate with data entry staff. Necessary training shall be provided at the commencement of each project.
– Minimum education : Passed GCE (0/L)
– No computer knowledge required
– Age: 18 years to 25 years
– Should be fluent in either SINHALA or TAMIL
PLEASE NOTE:
– Negotiable salary for experienced staff.
– Should be prepared to join our company with minimum notice.
– Work locations Borella and Dehiwala
– Normal Working Hours : During Week Days from 8.30am to 5.30pm
– Over time shall be paid as per government regulations for extra hours worked on Saturdays/Sundays and Mercantile holidays.
