Customer Relations Officer

This role would be suitable for an experienced customer relations officer, preferably someone who has previously worked in an electrical company.

Job profile includes:

• respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone…etc.
• manage customer order entries and follow up with customers.
• manage and update client accounts.
• support other departments.

The successful candidate will also have:

• fluent in english.
• a warm, approachable manner.
• at least two years experience in a similar position.
• extensive experience using ms office software.
• experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP) would be an added qualification.

HR Assistant cum Telephone Operator

• working experience more than 02 years in respective fields.
• handling payroll & attendance system.
• familiar with computer base HRIS.
• possess good telephone manners & interpersonal skills.
• be well groomed, friendly, presentable & energetic.
• good communication skills in english is a must.
• age below 35 years.
• reside within Gampaha district will be a distinct advantage.
