We are a renowned 5 star resort Hotel located in the Bentota – Beruwala coastal belt. We seek enthusiastic and service oriented individuals who possess recognized qualifications and expertise in the Hospitality industry to be a part of our growing and dynamic team.
Applications are invited from talented individuals with exposure in star class hotels, preferably with a reputed international chain for the following positions.
Resident Manager
The position entails the potential candidate to be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the entire hotel whilst supporting the respective teams to maximize profits, control cost and maintain high standards of quality and service to meet Guests expectations.
The successful candidate must possess a proven track record and expertise in Food and Beverage operations and Management. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a star category hotel in a similar capacity or as a
Departmental Head in a 5-star property is required. A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualifications in the hospitality field is a prerequisite. Fluency in English is a must and / or the knowledge in other foreign language would definitely be an advantage.
Chief Engineer
We are in the search of an experienced and energetic person with apt knowledge to be responsible in directing the maintenance operation of the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees by addressing all day to day maintenance concerns.
The applicant must possess 6 to 7 years’ experience in general building maintenance and experience in maintenance of refrigeration, heating and cooling, carpentry, and plumbing is required. A degree in Engineering or advanced vocational qualification is essential for the right candidate. A Strong competency in spoken and written English is a must.
