You will be the interface between customers, clients and firms. Your foremost job is to always keep a calm courteous, friendly yet professional look and compartment at all times.
Job Profile….
– Handling phone calls by following telephone etiquette, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
– Greet and direct customers/visitors to correct destination
– Deal with queries from the public and customers
Applicant Profile….
– Should have completed G.C.E A/L
– Age below 25 years
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
– Should possess good telephone etiquette
– Be computer literate — MS Office
